Crystal Nwokorie is an operator and investor focused on building teams, improving operations, and driving growth for healthcare and wellness startups and SMBs.

Coming from a family of physicians, Crystal has long been passionate about businesses that help people live healthier, happier lives. She founded Constantia Ventures to bring institutional level operating rigor and an owner’s mindset to physician- and founder-led businesses across specialty healthcare, women’s health, and consumer wellness.

Through Constantia, Crystal serves as a Fractional COO, helping growing businesses build the operating infrastructure required for their next stage of growth. Her work spans commercial strategy, pricing and contracts, recruiting and organizational capacity, technology and AI implementation, and financial and operating planning for healthcare startups and SMBs with $1-10MM in Revenue.

Before founding Constantia Ventures, Crystal served in in strategy, M&A, and commercial leadership roles across the U.S. and South Africa at PepsiCo. Her achievements include leading commercial and net-revenue management initiatives across a $5 billion e-Commerce portfolio, supporting the post-merger integration of a $1.8 billion acquisition, and closing over $30MM in deals in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Crystal began her career at Deloitte Consulting, advising public-sector organizations including the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs. She is now based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from William & Mary
