Crystal Nwokorie is the Founder of Constantia Ventures and Advisory.

She is a seasoned strategy and finance leader with over 15 years of leading teams across Fortune 50 companies and startups in the U.S. and emerging markets. Prior to founding Constantia Ventures, she was a Director at PepsiCo, where she led their net revenue management strategy for a $5 billion U.S. eCommerce business, managed post-merger integration for a $2 billion acquisition of an international food company, and oversaw $30MM+ in M&A transactions. She began her career in consulting at Deloitte Consulting, LLP.

Crystal holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Sociology from the College of William and Mary. A Virginia native, Crystal currently resides in Northern Virginia.
